So, what is Small Private Group Training and how does it differ from regular Group Training?

Small Private Group Training involves you training with one or two other people in a “one-on-one” type environment. With less people in your training session, more attention is given to you and your partners. You can be sure you are doing exactly what you need to be doing to achieve your goals by working closely with your trainer.

You may want to:

  • Train with your spouse or friends at a time that suits you all.
  • Train with people who you know well, or enjoy spending time with, in order to enjoy the experience more.
  • Improve any aspect of your training you feel is lacking in your current routine. You may be wanting to add more cardio, focus on core work, strength training, improving flexibility, or rehab on an old or persistent injury.
  • Take some time out for yourself by dedicating a few months to achieve your goals and take your commitment to the next level.
  • Work with your preferred trainer, making the most of their expertise to help you achieve your goals.

Some conditions regarding minimum length of program (12 weeks) and cancellation policies apply, however Small Private Group Training will give you that extra motivation to achieve what you really want.
