Do These Things and Watch the Fat Melt Away

Pilots have a checklist of everything they need to do before takeoff and during the flight. It’s the same for your weight management, there are several things you need to be doing each day to ensure you are making progress.

Here are 9 things you need to be doing to stay in the best possible shape:

1) Drink lots of water.

2) Increase your exercise. Start daily exercise and work back from there.

3) Combine cardio and weights. Don’t put off one for the other.

4) Lower your overall intake of carbohydrates.

5) Use extreme caution with what you eat at night. No sugar!

6) Increase your frequency of meals but lower your portions.

7) Eat breakfast.

8) Reduce alcohol.

9) Do not let fatigue, stress or emotions be an excuse. Some exercise is better than no exercise.

This is a very simple and basic guide. I could elaborate on these for hours but the point is to just do them and not deviate from the plan too much.
