This recipe is courtesy of one of our members, Tina, who has come up with a really tasty and healthy snack. It’s so good I had to share it with you.
You will need the following ingredients:
- 100g Chocolate protein powder (see us for recommendations here!)
- 50g almond meal
- 50g desicated coconut
- Tablespoon Tahini paste
- 25g 70% cocoa powder
- Artificial sweetner (optional)
- Cold water
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor (don’t add water yet)
- Gradually add cold water until the mixture reaches a doughy consistency
- Mould into small balls and roll these in additional coconut
- Refrigerate
Makes approximately 20 balls.
